Which Database Is My Cat's Microchip Registered With?

If the original registration paperwork is missing, the microchip number is still the key piece of information. Use it to identify the provider before trying to update the record.

If you do not know the number

A vet or other appropriate scanner service can scan the cat and give you the chip number. PetChipHelp does not need or display private keeper details to identify a database provider.

PetChipHelp is an independent guidance service. We can help identify the database and explain the process, but official microchip records are changed by the database provider that holds the registration.

Have the microchip number?

Check which database appears to hold the record, then go straight to the right provider.
